Director's Statement

This film`s idea came to me after reading a news report . I thought of trying my own interpretation of what might have gone behind in the mind of the characters. The film was shot in one single shift at a single location. I wrote it in such a manner that it should be well within my budget. I managed to shoot it and edit it in a month's time.

15000 is a short film that is both depressing and heartwarming at the same time. It's sort of a gloomy story that leaves a long-lasting impression on its viewers and will definitely strike a chord with a lot of thinking, feeling people. Eventhough my hindi totally sucks , I felt the acting was pretty solid. Nice work Mr. Rohella!!!!!

this film touches the heart...with a strong message that our so called system is rottening and our educated youth are hopeless...its mirror to our society...loneliness of urban life is haunting
